Product description:
It’s the high performance wear&corrosion resistant polymerization ceramic materials compounded by various 
high performance wear resistant,corrosion resistant material(such as:ceramic,silicon carbide,carborundum,
titanium alloy) and modified toughening heat resistant resin.Repair various pumps,valves, pipeline,heat ex-changer 
end plate,blade of suffering from normal temperature corrosion,also can do large areas pre-protecting.

Briquette heat curing at temperature of 80 degree,place it into the above medium 
for 30 days at room temperature,the weight change is not more than 1% 
 
How to use of BD406 anti heat corrosion resistant ceramic rubber lining protective coating:
1.Surface treatment: Do the rust-cleaning and coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area,
then clean it by cleaning agent
 
2.Preparation: According to the mass ratio A:B=5:1 or volume ratio A:B=4:1,make A and B two components 
mix uniformly,then use it up within specified operation time limit.
 
3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair areas layer by layer,
the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.

4.Curing: Cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 25¡«30¡æ before putting it into use,
if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong the curing time to promote the curing.
 
Packaging specification:
Two-component,500g/group,packed in a plastic drum.
 
Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
